I'd recommend Stour Valley Motor Company Ltd to anyone because I recently purchased a BMW X5 from Stour Valley Motor Company. All my dealings were with Lyall, the owner. From my 1st enquiry with Lyall he was very polite, helpful and although the car wasn't available immediately as he had only just taken ownership of the vehicle and was having the wheels refurbished he sent me info and photos straight away. Once the vehicle was ready for viewings I popped over to have a look. Lyall was great! He was very welcoming, had the car ready, unlocked it and left me to have a look around, letting me know that he'd be in the office if I had any questions or needed anything at all. After I had looked round the car he offered me a test drive, gave me a key and let me take the car out for a while.

When it came to purchasing the car, Lyall was extremely fair and relaxed throughout the whole process. We agreed on a price and in no way what so ever was Lyall ever a "pushy" salesman which i loved! Lyall was also very patient when it came to taking payment as the account i used was the 1st time I had made a large transaction through it and the bank held the money for review! After an hour or so I managed to get that sorted and the funds were released to him with no further issue.

Great service from Stour Valley Motor Company, highly recommend. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase a vehicle again from Lyall.

Stour Valley Motor Company Ltd staff were good because the had excellent knowledge of the car and it's history, they were friendly to deal with and explain what the going to happen and when, on collecting the car all the paperwork had been complete and the car had been fully checked over.

Stour Valley Motor Company Ltd were great because I got a fair price for my car ( much better than WBAC) and jumped in to fix a problem that emerged with the new car - without hesitation. Lyle is a friendly guy to deal with and I have no regrets dealing with him.
